KidWings Main Page The goal of the site is to get student involved in the study of birds and this is done admirably. From Bird Topology, to studies or eggs, to studies of birds, to experiments in flight, this site has it all.
Even colouring sheets for the youngest bird enthusiasts are easily found and printed from here. The copyright use is explicitly stated (please respect it) and the site is very teacher friendly. If you're a teacher of science, you've got to check it out!

KidWings Main Page Jody Hildreth created this site with the hope that children will better understand and appreciate the birds around us. The most exciting part of this web site is the Virtual Owl Pellet dissections. In the future, she hopes to add more pellets from different species of owls and other birds.
Also at this site you will be able to look and study different parts of a bird. There are pictures of bird skulls and eggs.

"Word Safari: Megalist of Word Links"
It's a vocabulary guessing game. Follow the Fresh Tracks link to a list of words that serious readers often think they know. Do you? If you guess a word's meaning correctly, you'll have a chance to track it to other places in the World Wide Wilderness where it's been spotted, and learn how other writers have used it. Some trails lead to popular locales, others to less-traveled regions of the Web -- you might find some new favorites while you're at it.
